Placing Your Order For shoulder puppets,
a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required upfront.
There is a 12-week lead time before your puppet enters production Your shoulder puppet commission will be added to the once we receive your deposit.
Full payment, including shipping costs, is required before your order is shipped once it's ready. Please complete our online commission form with the details of your order, as much information as possible regarding colors, wings, head design, and any other specifics you may need. For handheld puppets, full payment is required upfront. Once we receive your payment, we will craft handheld puppet specifically for you! Again, please fill out our online commission form with the details of your order, including colors, wings, head design, and any other necessary information.
**Processing Time**
The time required to prepare an order for dispatch can vary. Please refer to individual items for specific details. For shoulder puppets, is an 12-week lead time.
Once your puppet is ready, we will share pictures and a video If everyone is satisfied, the remaining payment is due before we dispatch your new companion.

Refund policy
​
Once you have received your order we hope you are very happy and satisfied with your new puppet companion.
​
We only accept returns if the puppet is damaged or broken in the post.
​
If your puppet has been damaged in the post then please contact us within 3 working days.
Our puppets must be returned in the original packaging, with a photograph of the damage
and returned within 7 days.
We will do our best to fix the problems and return your puppet within 2 weeks.

Cancellations
if you would like to cancel your order for any reason then you will loose the non refundable deposit.
